How we use Next Matter
You might want to get some inspiration about the areas in which we use our own tool.
We run all our operations in Next Matter. Here are a few examples:
- We have a workflow set for reimbursements with decision steps for approvals.
- We have a workflow set for logging bugs and improvement requests that has an integration with Jira and Slack. The workflow automatically opens a Jira ticket with the Engineering team and notifies the right team on Slack.
- We have an onboarding and recruitment workflows where we collect the candidate's data, automatically send tasks for the candidate to complete, collect the data and get feedback from the right people.
