Custom branding (or white labelling) refers to the practice of rebranding a service by another company as its own. This entails adding branding, logo, and design elements to the product, creating the appearance of ownership. With Next Matter the extent of branding depends on the plan you’re on.

Available for all plans

  • Design your own step completion messages (shown when users complete a step they’ve been assigned to)

  • Add your branding to public forms and progress tracker. You present these to guest users who don’t log in to Next Matter.

  • Add your branding to portals. Portals are light (portal) user hubs offering a curated set of ready-to-start workflows.

You can remove the “Powered by Next Matter” so that it’s never visible to external users (guests). The badge disappears from all public forms and progress trackers.
