1. In your workflow editor, click + Add step.

  2. Select Integrations > Quick action.

  3. Click Configure.

  4. Select the Generate Document from Custom Text operation.

  5. Add the text as data reference or enter it manually.

  6. Enter the title for the file (it will be used as H1) and the file name.

  7. (Optional) Provide a URL of the DOCX template to be used as the template for the generated file.

    We’ll create a URL for the file. Note that you’ll need Next Matter access to access the link.
