This field creates a dropdown with the members of your workspace to select from. You have the option to restrict the selection to specific users or user groups to make the selection relevant. You can make the restriction when you configure the form field. You can also create follow-up fields based on the selected user. For example, some fields may show when a specific user or a team is selected. You can do this by creating conditions for the follow-up fields.
Note that user selection fields only work for logged-in users and they don’t show on public forms or steps with external assignees.
You can add extra information to help users provide the right input. The information will show when users hover over the info icon next to the field name.
